Administration Team Member
Part-time (32 hours per week)


The Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand.

  • Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program
  • Providing exceptional service to our Team Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto
  • General office duties (answering phones, mail, etc.)
  •  File invoices and correspondence
  • Audit cash ups and deposits
  • Process payments on account
  •  Prepare EFT’s for posting
  • Create weekly sales and productivity reports
  •  Verify month end reports
  • Other projects and assignments as required

We are looking for a positive, approachable and motivated individual with a drive to learn. Previous experience in administration is preferred, however we welcome candidates with a combination of relevant experience and/or education.

Candidates would demonstrate the following:
